We took a field trip to the Denver Mint this morning but even though the tours were full we had a great time in the gift store. I bought this set of miniature coins and plan to save my money to buy a piggy bank I liked the next time we go!

This is two pictures in one. The left half is an elevator with the doors closed on the bottom floor, the right half is mom and Riley holding the doors open for me so I could take a picture of the inside on the top floor. I couldn't decide which picture to use for my photo-of-the-day so my mom morphed the two together in photoshop. The elevators were at the Arvada Center where we went to see the play "Just So"
