While out shopping for Christmas lights, we spotted some wind turbines and decided to take a closer look. This is as close as we could get without going through the gates of NREL but we could see they are very tall! I had to use my mom's phone to take this picture so it's not a great shot. We will try to go back and take a tour someday soon!
